The "Real" Green Machine Smoothie

Now to most of you this most likely does not sound too appetizing, if that is the case you are in the same boat as I was when I first tried this recipe, but believe me you will love it and it and start out your day much better with a green machine smoothie!
Recipe:
1 banana (cut into pieces)
1 tbsp peanut butter (optional, but I love it with pb)
2 cups of spinach 
1 cup of almond milk (I prefer vanilla but regular is fine)
1 tbsp flak seed
3-4 ice cubes (makes it cold)
Mix in a blender in this order and blend until a smooth consistency throughout (make sure all the ice is crushed).
This is a fairly filling smoothy but will go well with a few scrambled eggs or peanut butter on toast.  The amount of vitamins are beyond me (vitamins, A, B6 B12, C, E and K, as well as antioxidants, and 50% more calcium from the almond milk than regular milk)
Everyone I have given this too has enjoyed it, and believe me I don’t eat anything unless I like it.  So give it a shot!!
